Tianma Wan Tianma Wan () is a blackish-brown pill used in Traditional Chinese medicine to "relieve rheumatism, alleviate muscle contracture, remove obstructions from ''collaterals and channels'', promote blood circulation and relieve pain ". 〔State Pharmacopoeia Commission of the PRC (2005).
